Careers at Indisteel
A young, growing wire plant at IMT Faridabad — hands-on work with modern furnaces and drawing lines, and a quality system that takes training seriously.
Grow with a Plant That Is Growing
Indisteel was set up in 2022 and is adding capacity, customers and systems every year. That means real responsibility early: operators run PRECONS bell furnaces and ASSOMAC IVD machines, QC staff sign off coils that go to leading fastener makers, and everyone works on one traceability system from rod to dispatch.
- Plant at IMT Faridabad, Sector 68 — easy commute from Faridabad, Ballabgarh and Palwal
- Training on furnace cycles, drawing practice, inspection and ISO 9001 procedures
- Safety-first shop floor with cranes, PPE and documented work instructions
- Working hours 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (production shifts as per role)
