CHQ Wire
Cold heading quality wire in MS, boron and alloy steel grades, supplied annealed or drawn to the surface and size your headers need.
Spheroidized Annealed Wire
Wire annealed in nitrogen-atmosphere bell furnaces to a spheroidized structure — soft, uniform and ready for heavy cold forming.
Phosphated & Drawn Wire
Pickled, zinc-phosphated and drawn to size on IVD lines — a lubricated, dimensionally tight wire that runs cleanly on headers.
SAP + PPD Wire
The full fastener-grade route — spheroidize annealed, phosphated and drawn — for wire that goes straight from coil to header.
Hard Bright (HB) Wire
Pickled, phosphated and hard drawn wire — supplied in the as-drawn condition, without annealing, for nails, wire forms and general engineering.
Nail Wire
Low-carbon bright wire drawn to close tolerance for wire-nail machines — consistent size, clean surface and uniform tensile from coil to coil.
Grades We Process
All grades are processed from CHQ or drawing-quality rod with mill certificates, and verified on our spectrometer at receipt. Other alloy steel grades on request.

How to Specify
Tell us the grade, finished size, condition and coil weight. If you are unsure, send the part drawing or the specification you currently buy against.
- SAP — spheroidize annealed, pickled coil
- SAP + PPD — annealed, phosphated and drawn to size
- PPD — pickled, phosphated and drawn, no anneal
- HB — pickled, phosphated and hard drawn, no anneal
Common to All Products
Coils are strapped and packed to your handling requirement. We supply drawn wire coils only — no bars, no straightened or cut lengths.
